The Problem

Californians use more than 16.5 billion gallons of gasoline each year.  Even with high gasoline prices many of us keep driving, often times fuel inefficient vehicles. As petroleum supplies dwindle gasoline prices, while fluctuating as a result of economic conditions, will steadily rise.
